Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, document business processes, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Create and manage documentation related to business processes, systems, data flows, and integration points.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Conduct gap and impact analyses to identify areas for process improvement or system enhancements.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Assist in the creation of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support change management and training efforts with appropriate documentation and materials.
  • Maintain a central repository for documentation to ensure version control and accessibility.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on documentation.
  • Proven experience writing BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process maps, and technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and documentation in an Agile environment (e.g., epics, user stories).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
